At MarkteersHub, We are on a mission to elevate affiliate partnerships and deliver measurable growth. Our team works at the intersection of strategy, data and strong relationships, and now we’re looking for an Affiliates Team Leader to shape and drive our affiliate network forward.
What You’ll Do
- Lead & empower the affiliates team to meet and exceed performance and revenue targets, ensuring smooth daily operations and strong team collaboration.
- Develop & execute effective affiliate strategies by recruiting, managing, and expanding partnerships across key channels, including influencers, content creators, cashback, coupon, and media-buying networks.
- Track, analyse, and optimise performance using data insights, attribution models, and KPIs to continuously improve campaign results and ROI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in marketing, product, and data to align affiliate activities with broader company goals and ensure consistent brand performance across all channels.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience (4–6 years) in affiliate marketing or performance partnerships, with a solid background in managing or leading teams to achieve growth targets.
- Strong technical & analytical skills, deep understanding of CPS/CPO models, affiliate tracking, attribution methods, performance metrics, and campaign optimization.
- A results-oriented mindset with the ability to turn data into strategy, drive revenue growth, and make informed decisions that enhance overall performance.
- Exceptional leadership & communication abilities, capable of building lasting partner relationships, motivating teams, and managing multiple priorities with structure and accountability.
Bonus Points:
- An existing affiliate network in GCC.
- Experience scaling affiliate programs in the MENA region or other emerging markets.
- Proven ability to exceed targets and drive consistent month-over-month growth.
